Intellectual Property Rights
The design and layout of A Record.net website is the property of
CSS Corp. No logo, graphic, sound or image from A Record.net may be
copied or re-transmitted unless expressly permitted by CSS Corp.
Permission to use website, website content, documents or any other
A Record.net related information is strictly prohibited unless
expressly permitted by CSS Corp. Violators will be prosecuted to
the maximum extent possible.
Submitted Materials
User will be registering to our services by providing their own
email id. User?s should not use other?s email address
to spam or test A Record.net service. During the BETA program, each
unique email id will be allowed to use one domain name to be served
by A Record.net. No single unique email id will be provided with
more than one domain to be configured in A Record.net.User should
make sure that our e-mail ids are not blocked by their spam guard
or our mails are not forwarded to your Bulk/Junk/Spam mails
folder.
Third Party Links
User will not provide any reference of A Record.net in their
website contents or anywhere in their services, unless given
express written permission by CSS Corp.
No Training
No training on using our services will be provided by CSS
Corp.
No Warranty
CSS Corp makes no warranties or representations regarding the
accuracy or completeness of the information.
No Guarantee
CSS Corp may terminate its services at any point of time by
providing a notice period of 15 days to the users. In no event
shall CSS Corp be liable for any special, indirect, incidental,
consequential, exemplary, punitive or any similar or other damages
of any nature suffered by the User whatsoever including, without
limitation, loss or use or lack of availability of the User's
facilities, including its computer resources and any stored data,
loss of profits or revenue, or other commercial loss, or any claim
for contribution or indemnity in respect of any claims against the
User.This Agreement may be terminated by either Party at any time
if the other Party breaches a material term of this Agreement and
fails to cure the breach to the satisfaction of the other Party
within thirty (30) days of receiving a notice specifying the
breach.
All litigations will be governed by US law.
